All that you wanted to know about the mp3 players

When it comes to hearing about the mp3 players, mp3 files or about the much famed iPods, what superficially crosses our mind is that these are some music devices which can store good amount of music. While that is true, it is very common understanding. Let us get a little deeper to gain a much better understanding. You know that you have got the file formats of different types in computers, like .doc, .txt, .pdf, .avi and many others. Each of these files format represents one particular type of file which has specific features. Mp3 is actually a file format just like any of the other ones which are mentioned above. Similarly MP3 Player can be thought of as a computer used for the playing of this file. Ipods are branded MP3 players which can store astonishing number of music, sound and video files and, at times, this can even have storage space of hundreds of CDs.

It is interesting to know how the music is stored in the files. It makes use of the concept of compression. It is very commonly understood that more is the resolution of a particular image or photo, greater is the size of the file and more space it occupies. No doubt, greater is the size occupied on the disk. MP3 is a way of compression of the files so that large volumes of the files can be stored. An mp3 file format can compress the files roughly 12 times more than the normal. This means that many of the files which are not possible to send in their original file formats using internet due to greater file size can be sent in the smaller size mp3 file format and 12 times faster as well!

MP3 Player is a mini computer which is used for playing these files. Companies like Sony and Apple are engaged in the making of these players since have found good market for themselves. People enjoy the music or video while relaxing or even while doing their tasks. These are easy to carry, can be put in pocket or be tied with the belt or even held in hand.

Even the mobile phones in your hand come with sufficient storage in GBs to enable users to store the music and video files. Apple Iphone is one of the path-breaking mobile with a number of excellent multimedia and internet connectivity features and with top class user interface. Miniaturisation of components and the compression technology has enabled creation of greater storage capacity for these files. That is why the modern phones are able to pack so much of features into one appliance. These have high resolution cameras, music players, internet connectivity through WLANs or internet service providers and, at the same time, very good storage capacity which can allow you to keep hundreds of music, video, text and other types of files.

Therefore, there is much that the modern gadgets can give you, in terms of quality as well as storage.

Take your entertainment to the car with the modern car entertainment systems

People like to entertain themselves in different ways. The most common means of entertainment are, though, the audio-visual media. Whether it is the music system or the television at home or office, or the mobile phone based MP3 Player being used to listen to the music, there is no dearth of the resources used by the people for entertaining purposes. The consumer electronics majors focus a lot on providing the entertainment-enabling features within the devices which, in turn, can be used in different places.

You can use the iPod mp3 player while you are on a walk, or jogging in the park or doing other activities. You can even have the most modern theatre system at home to experience the thrill and excitement of the big screen cinema at home. And, if you do not stay very often at home or office but are, most of the time, traveling in the car, you can take the entertainment right inside the car. Some decades back, the cars used to feature only the audio systems comprising the tape-record player and the speakers as the only means of entertainment, whereas the present day Car Entertainment systems comprise of the audio CD players along with the LED TVs installed inside the cars.

Consumer Electronics majors have, over a period of time, been able to produce miniature entertainment products even as improving the basic features and functions of these devices. The customization in the designs of LED TVs and other products has been done to provide the car entertainment. So, you have the mini-LED TVs which can be fixed on the inside ceiling of the car. Similarly, the same can be fixed in the headrest so that the passenger sitting behind can view their favorite movies or programs. You might think that these are good only for those people who seat at the back seats. There is nothing much for the front seaters except for seeing the drive ahead. The companies making these products usually avoid the distractions to the driver while driving and therefore, generally, they do not place any entertainment for the front seaters. But, there are dash-board car entertainment systems comprising of the videos which can be used for the occasional viewing of the same. Even the front-seaters can have some sort of entertainment without distracting the drivers.

The installation of these systems depends on the capability of the car to take the power. Since these systems consume less power, these can be installed in most of the passenger cars. You can find these in the personal cars as well as the tourist cars of all makes. Another thing to take note of is the wiring. The wiring shall be done by the expert electricians and it shall not affect the inside aesthetics of the car. Also, the Speakers shall be installed in a way to provide the best acoustic experience of the audio as well as the high quality picture resolution.

Blue ray players and other advanced technologies redefine car entertainment

Entertainment industry is one the fastest growing manufacturing industry. There are a number of giant companies which are engaged in the making of the audio-visual entertainment devices that are to be used by the people. These devices could be the common televisions, the modern day LED HD TVs or the modern music players, receivers and receptors of the same. While the modern technology has enabled better quality products to be made, it has also enabled the convergence of technologies and the inclusion of multiple-features in the products.

Let us take the sounds. The modern technology has not enable the making of the Blu-Ray disk players or the MP3 player file formats, it has also enabled the music to be heard from the computers, from the music systems, from the ipods and even by using the CD/DVD player in the cars. Therefore, the convergence of the MP3 Player technology on different platforms has meant that you can enjoy the music whenever you want and wherever you want. You can have the home theatre sound and display systems at home or even have the car entertainment system installed in the car. The car based entertainment system comes with the music player and speakers which can be connected without wires.

The VoIP based communication technology has also enabled the sounds to ride over the broadband internet cables and connect the senders and the receivers of the sounds without compromising on the sound quality or the time lags in the same. Again, the convergence of technology has made it possible to make the VoIP calls using the PC-to-PC communication or using the normal telephone instruments or even by using the mobile phones. The only condition is that there shall be internet connectivity with the devices to make use of this facility.

The quality of the audibility of the sounds is also directly dependent on the quality of devices used for receiving the signals. Today, you can have the wireless speakers as well as wireless headphones for listening to the music. And, this wireless connectivity can be possible at home, office or even while you are traveling in the car. Car entertainment has grown wireless nowadays. The doing away with the wires has reduced the wire mesh that was created by interconnecting these devices. This made things more manageable but there are specific outside influences and the transmission losses which do impact upon the sound quality. Therefore, the best performance from these devices is achieved in particular conditions, preferably the ones where the external influences are non-existent.

The blu-ray disk players are an advanced technology over the CD or then DVD technology and it generates more storage space for the file and provides a much better sound quality. Its connection with the speakers and the other music accessories is usually done with the HDMI cables which are capable of carrying the top sound quality without any problems.

These modern devices facilitate the entertainment to be had through multiple mediums and at a number of places.
